CWpro only provides a platform that enables users to obtain digital asset–related information, identify potential trading counterparties, and negotiate and conduct digital asset and derivative transactions. CWpro does not participate in any transaction conducted between users. You shall independently assess the authenticity, legality, and validity of any digital assets and/or related information and shall bear all risks, losses, and liabilities arising therefrom.
CWpro does not provide any investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Any decision to use our products or services is made solely by you. All opinions, messages, discussions, analyses, prices, market information, or other content made available on the platform constitute general market information only and do not constitute investment advice. CWpro shall not be responsible for any losses incurred directly or indirectly as a result of reliance on such information, including but not limited to loss of profits or principal.
CWpro is not your broker, intermediary, agent, or advisor, and no fiduciary relationship exists between you and CWpro.

CWpro strictly prohibits the use of its services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, smuggling, commercial bribery, or other unlawful conduct. CWpro maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward corruption and illegal activities. Where suspicious transactions or illegal conduct are identified, CWpro may take all appropriate measures, including but not limited to account suspension or freezing and reporting to competent authorities. CWpro shall not bear any liability arising therefrom and reserves the right to pursue responsibility against relevant parties.
CWpro prohibits unethical trading behaviors, including malicious market manipulation and unfair trading practices. Where such conduct is detected, CWpro may implement preventative or protective measures, including warnings, trading restrictions, or account termination. CWpro shall not assume liability arising from such actions and reserves the right to hold relevant parties accountable.
In order to comply with applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates, CWpro does not provide services to users located in certain countries and regions (“Restricted Countries and Regions”). These include: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahamas, Bangladesh, Barbados, Bolivia, Botswana, Burundi, China (Mainland), Cambodia, Canada, Crimea, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Donetsk People’s Republic, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Hong Kong, Jamaica, Japan, Iran, Iraq, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Luhansk People’s Republic, Malaysia, Mali, Myanmar, Mongolia, Morocco, Nepal, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Qatar, Singapore, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Uganda, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and the United Kingdom.
