Dear CWpro Users in the United States,
The United States is one of the “Restricted Countries and Regions” listed in CWpro’s Legal Statement, which is part of the User Agreement that all users should abide by. It has recently come to CWpro’s attention that some users may be connected to the United States and may therefore have violated the User Agreement by using our services. In active response to the regulatory compliance requirements of the United States, CWpro regrets to announce that we will orderly terminate the accounts of the users in the United States and cease providing services to such users.
Any user who may be identified as connected to the United States will be required to provide your recent non-U.S. address proof or else you will be considered as a user in the United States and your account will be terminated.
Only certain types of address proof are acceptable to CWpro. For details, please refer to our FAQ .
Asset Withdrawal After the Deadline:
After 00:00:00 on 6/30/2026, you will not be able to log in to CWpro. If you need to withdraw residual assets, please follow the steps below:
Send your CWpro account to [email protected]
After approval, you will receive an email notification to unfreeze your account for 4 hours
Please ensure that you complete asset withdrawal during the unfreezing period; the account will be permanently frozen again after the unfreezing period expires
