Dear CWpro Hong Kong Users,
Hong Kong is listed as one of the “Restricted Countries and Regions” under CWpro’s legal disclaimer, which forms an integral part of the User Agreement that all users are required to comply with. CWpro has recently identified that certain users may be associated with Hong Kong, and their use of CWpro services may therefore be in violation of the User Agreement. To comply with Hong Kong regulatory requirements, CWpro hereby announces that it will proceed with the termination of accounts belonging to Hong Kong users and discontinue services for such users.
Users identified as being associated with Hong Kong must provide recent proof of address outside Hong Kong. Otherwise, they will be deemed Hong Kong users and their accounts will be terminated.
CWpro only accepts specific types of proof of address documents. For more details, please refer to the FAQ.
On August 14, 2026, CWpro will forcibly close all futures positions held by users who have completed Hong Kong identity verification and suspend all futures trading-related functions. Please manage your futures positions in advance to avoid potential risks and losses.
Assets Withdrawal After the Deadline: After August 31, 2026, users will no longer be able to log in to CWpro. If you need to withdraw any remaining assets, please follow the steps below:
1. Send your registered CWpro account information to [email protected].
2. After verification, you will receive an email notification, and your account will be temporarily unfrozen for 4 hours.
3. Please withdraw your assets during the unfreeze period. Once this period expires, your account will be permanently frozen.
